Inspired by the beautiful magenta coloured spikes of the Rosebay Willowherb (also known as Fireweed). I am drawn to flashes of colour in the landscape when walking and I have enjoyed the vibrancy of Rosebay Willowherb in locations such as Newlands Corner in the Surrey Hills, Keswick in The Lake District and Ruthin in North Wales.
