If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same courier service I used to send the art work to you.

I will refund your payment within 14 days of safe receipt of the art work.

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me via email or phone within 7 days and include photographs.
UK Shipping:

Paintings will be carefully packed and shipped within 5 working days.

I normally use Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Most UK deliveries arrive within 3 days from time of shipping and will need to be signed for.

Please allow 7- 10 working days in total from the date of purchase.

If you need to receive your purchase by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time.

Additional charges may be incurred for rush deliveries according to your requirements.
